The snow and rain has flooded the city of Bremerton. Many roads are closed and our basement is flooded. Probably going to be a bit of a price tag on this one, new carpet for sure. Not covered under insurance and would not have been under a flood policy either.

The hugest flakes Ree and I have ever seen are falling right now in Bremerton. This is going to totally shut down the city as they don't budget for very many snow removal vehicles (though last year it was suggested the budget be increased since kids missed so much school). I suppose I should say, Ree is living with us temporarily now. Yesterday we went to TransSiberian Orchestra at the Key Arena in Seattle. It was horrible! We felt like we were at an SNL skit. But it was still a fun time and did some shopping afterward. Hope all ya'll in MN are having fun in your wonderland too! Ree and I have tommorrow off anyway, and Ken travels 3 mins to work in his 4X4. Oh, and stay tuned for the announcement of where we are going next year. We may have some exciting news!
